1, bogey oil does not change only
Oil in the use of diesel engines is essential, mainly from the lubrication, cooling, cleaning and so on. 2, avoid the indiscriminate use of butter mess
(1) cylinder pad coated with butter. Butter is commonly used in construction machinery repair grease, can play the role of lubrication and sealing. However, in the cylinder pad coated with butter is a wrong approach, this will directly affect the performance of the diesel engine. If you install the cylinder pad with butter, when the cylinder head bolts tighten, a part of the butter will be squeezed into the cylinder waterways and oil channels, leaving the cylinder pad between the butter in the cylinder work, due to the impact of high temperature, part of the flow The cylinder is burned, and the other part is left in the joint surface of the cylinder block and the cylinder head, so that the gap between the cylinder head and cylinder body and the plane of the machine body is generated. The high temperature and high pressure gas can easily impact the cylinder cushion from here, gas. In addition, the butter for a long time at high temperatures will also produce carbon deposition, resulting in premature aging of the cylinder pad deterioration. Therefore, when installing the cylinder pad, do not apply butter.
(2) tire nut buttering. In order to easily tighten the nut and prevent corrosion, a lot of mechanics in the tire bolts nut oiled. In fact this is a wrong approach. The equivalent friction angle between the threads decreases, and the self-locking performance of the bolted joint becomes worse, but the nuts are loosened or even become an accident.
3, bogey cylinder and piston new installation without the matching
In the replacement cylinder liner and piston, that the new cylinder liner and piston are standard parts, are interchangeable, can be installed to use. In fact, the size of the cylinder liner and the piston has a certain tolerance range. Such as the largest size of the cylinder with the smallest size of the piston cylinder, with the gap will cause too much, resulting in compression weakness, starting difficult. Therefore, the facelift must be checked when the size of the standard cylinder and piston group code, installed cylinder and piston must be the size of the standard piston grouping code and the standard size of the same sub-cylinder liner grouping, the only way to ensure that between the two With a standard fit gap. In addition, the cylinder with the same group code of the cylinder liner and piston at the same time, but also pay attention to pre-installed test cylinder gap, in order to ensure assembly standards, should also be installed before the first test to prevent fake substandard products .
4, bogey does not check the plunger stroke margin
Plunger pump in the satirical test, many maintenance personnel do not pay attention to check the stroke stroke margin. The stroke margin of the plunger means that the plunger can be moved upward by the cam top of the camshaft to the top dead center. Adjust the oil start time, the reason also check the stroke margin, because the plunger stroke margin and plunger, sleeve wear. Plunger and sleeve wear, the plunger to move up more to start a period of oil, so that the fuel supply start time delay. When the twist out of the adjustment bolts or use thicker adjustment pad, gasket, the plunger of the lowest position on the move, so that plunger stroke margin decreases. Therefore, the maintenance of fuel pump debugging, the first trip should check the margin to determine whether the fuel pump also allows adjustment. In the inspection, the following different methods should be adopted according to the different structure of the fuel injection pump: a) Rotate the camshaft to remove the oil valve and the seat after the plunger is top dead center, and measure with the depth vernier. B) After the plunger is pushed to top dead center, use the screwdriver to pry up the spring seat of the plunger spring to raise the plunger to the highest point. Then insert the thickness gauge into the plane between the plunger and the tappet adjustment bolt. The standard stroke margin of the plunger is approximately 1.5 mm and the ultimate stroke margin after wear shall not be less than 0.5 mm.
5, avoid the cylinder gap measurement are not allowed
In measuring the cylinder gap, the piston skirt can not be measured perpendicular to the direction of the piston pin hole, and measured in the other direction. Aluminum alloy piston is characterized by the structure of a small small, as a cone, and the partial cross-section of the oval, so the cylinder along the circumferential direction of the gap is not equal. Measurement, the provisions of the major axis of the elliptical direction of the gap prevail, that is measured piston skirt perpendicular to the direction of the piston pin hole gap. So the measurement is more convenient and accurate, and in reciprocating motion, the piston skirt perpendicular to the direction of the piston pin hole due to the role of lateral pressure wear larger, so the measurement of the cylinder gap, the piston skirt perpendicular to the piston Directional measurement of pin holes.
