Oil pump (motor) normal working oil temperature: 10 ~ 60 ℃.

Pump installation
Oil pump (motor) bracket structure to be strong, good rigidity, and can fully absorb vibration.
The oil pump (motor) can be mounted in any direction (preferably horizontally). Pump and motor shaft must be aligned, coaxial should be controlled within Φ0.1mm. Please note
that no radial or axial loads are applied to the pump shaft, rigid connections are not permitted and must be driven by flexible couplings.
Inhalation resistance should not be too high to prevent cavitation phenomenon. The pump is designed to accept a suction vacuum of 110 mm Hg. Installation should be as close as
possible to the tank, suction height of not more than 500 mm.
Note that the connection flange at the inlet, the joint and the entire suction pipe must be strictly sealed to prevent leakage, otherwise it will cause noise, the system
vibration, and the fuel tank to produce a large number of foam, reducing pump life.
Oil pump suction pipe diameter should not be less than the pump inlet diameter.
The tank shall be provided with partitions to separate air bubbles and dirt from oil return. The return line should extend below the oil level (not directly connected to the
pump inlet) to prevent spillage of the oil spill.
Drainage port should be a separate pipe, drain resistance shall not be greater than 0.03MPa.

start up
Before starting the pump, check the inlet and outlet ports. Do not mistake the direction. The direction of rotation of the pump should be in accordance with the direction of the

coupling, rotating force should be uniform and flexible.

Oil pump is not oil or no pressure

8. Suction pipe or filter device blockage caused by poor oil absorption ----- cleaning pipe or filter device to remove obstructions, replace or filter oil in the tank
9. Inhalation filter filter is too high precision caused by poor oil absorption ------ the correct selection of filters by manual
10. System oil filtration precision led to the blade stuck in the tank
11. Insufficient suction of the small displacement pump - fill the pump with oil
12. Inhalation of pipe leakage ----- Check the pipe connections, and be sealed, strong

Insufficient flow rate can not reach the rated value

5. Insufficient oil absorption

Pressure does not rise
1. Oil pump is not on the oil or inadequate flow ---- with the above exclusion method
2. Relief valve adjustment pressure is too low or fault ---- re-debugging relief valve pressure or repair relief valve
3. There are leaks in the system - check the system, repair leaks
