Perishable foods that are frequently transported are generally of the following broad categories:
The first category is frozen foods, such as frozen meat, aquatic products, frozen food and so on. These foods generally require storage temperatures below -18 ° C, can be stored for months to ten months. These foods are shipped in hours, only need to set the temperature inside the car set at -18 ° C, does not require strict control of the accuracy of temperature fluctuations. Such food should be transported in Class F refrigerated trucks.
The second category is frozen food, such as cold meat, aquatic products, eggs and so on. The transport temperature of these foods is required to ensure that food does not freeze under the premise of the lower the temperature the better, that is, close to 0 ° C or less. These foods require D, E, F grade refrigerated truck transport. Some canned foods require a transport temperature of around -5 ° C and are transported in E and F refrigerated trucks.
The third category is vegetables and fruits. The transport of such food is more complex in the refrigerated transport. First of all, the temperature of various vegetables or fruit requirements are different; Secondly, many vegetables or fruits on the temperature fluctuation requirements are relatively high, can not deviate from the set temperature a lot; third, because the fruits and vegetables after picking or to breathe, Resulting in respiratory heat, refrigerators, refrigeration units to provide more cooling capacity. In addition to this type of food on the relative humidity is also required. Therefore, although from A to F refrigerated trucks at all levels can be used in principle for the transport of fruits and vegetables, but the carrier's technology and experience is very important.

Biological products are mainly used for medical treatment, according to storage temperature basically divided into two categories. One class requires a temperature of 2 ° C-8 ° C, such as blood, some vaccines and so on. Such goods on the temperature fluctuation accuracy requirements are also high. The other type requires a temperature of -20 ° C, such as plasma. Therefore, the refrigerated trucks and biological products are also divided into two categories accordingly.
